Refund policy

We do our best to ensure that your order is packaged safely and reaches you in perfect condition. Unfortunately once the package leaves our site, we cannot control how the package is handled. If, however, you receive a package in a condition that you are unhappy with, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@stitchesgathering.co.za with supporting pictures and we will investigate the issue.

We do not accept returns or refunds on orders. Please ensure that you select the correct items and sizing at check out as changes to your order will not be accepted once fulfillment has begun. Upon receiving your order, if there are incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@stitchesgathering.co.za and we will investigate the issue.
